Return/Refund Policy

1. Claims against purchases over 30 days old will NOT be allowed.
   
2. If there is ever a problem with your purchase, please call 800.325.8286. We will remedy the problem.
   
3. If your problem cannot be remedied, we will issue a return authorization. All returns require a return authorization, otherwise no refund will be given.
   
4. Returned items must be in a re-sellable condition (original tags, bags and no damage or markings) otherwise no refund will be given.
5. 15% re-stocking charge.
   
6. Refunds will be made less 15% re-stocking charge, any PayPal fees and original shipping and handling charge.
7. NO refunds for shipments which arrive late due to non-delivery by carriers if delayed by adverse weather conditions.
